Portable water purifier; Wellspring; FAQ 1. The way of storing wellspring when not using for a long time

We have had a lot of questions about using wellspring.

So here we are. FAQ Series!

First! Is there any requirements?

Due to the features of Wellspring, if you do not use it for a long time the hollow fiber membrane can get dried. And when it is dried it is hard to use.

Thus when you do not use it for more than 2 weeks, soak it in water and seal it off in the zip lock bag.

If you are concerned about bacterial growth, put it in the refrigerator.

 

 

But please be aware that Wellspring cannot be stored in a freezer.

If you put it in a freezer, the water in the hollow fiber membrane expands and causes bad influence on pores. So do not put it in the freezer!

When using after storing in a refrigerator, rinse Wellspring with clean water for 2 to 3 minutes before using.

Please use Wellspring according to the provided directions.
